Kamila Pala, CKYCA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in KYC operations and research analysis across multiple organizations. Currently, Kamila serves as a Principal Specialist at ING Polska, having progressed from a KYC/CDD Specialist to Senior Specialist, focusing on knowledge management and quality assurance. Prior to ING, Kamila held leadership roles at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included training, mentoring teams of Research Analysts, and ensuring the quality of due diligence reports.
