James L. Rowan has a diverse background in both legal and human resources fields. Starting as a Customer Assistant at Tesco, James has worked their way up to positions such as File Handler at Cheshire Estate and Legal Limited, Paralegal at Hampson Hughes Solicitors, and People Systems Manager at ACORN INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED. Currently, James serves as the Culture Team Operations Lead at Luxe Collective Fashion. With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Liverpool John Moores University, James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role.
