Noah Selter has worked in a variety of roles in the analytics and strategy fields since 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Host at City Sports Grille. In 2014, they were an Activities Coordinator at Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront, where they supervised underprivileged kids and organized games. In 2016, they were an Executive Assistant Intern at Georg Jensen, where they performed data analysis and reporting for the company's executives. In 2017, they were an Executive and Marketing Intern at Anima Group, where they assisted the CEO with brand development and launch in the U.S. retail market. In 2018, they were a Data Coordinator at whY-Q? Inc., where they managed, systemized, and analyzed data for extensive market research programs. In 2019, they were an Associate Data Strategist at luxe collective group, where they monitored, analyzed, and assessed data from global media partners and synthesized the information into insightful and digestible formats for internal teams and clients. In 2020, they began working at Horizon Media as an Analyst - Performance Media Analytics, where they managed advertising data performance across multiple platforms for several multi-million-dollar campaigns. Noah is currently employed at luxe collective group as a Supervisor - Analytics and Strategy.

Noah Selter attended the New York City Lab School for Collaborative Studies from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a High School diploma in General Studies. Noah then attended the University of Vermont from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion and a minor in Anthropology.
