Mohammad Ghoniem is an experienced professional in data visualization and visual analytics, currently serving as Lead Research and Technology Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology since January 2015, after previously holding the position of Senior Research and Technology Associate. Prior to this, Mohammad worked as a Project Leader at CRP - Gabriel Lippmann and has held various academic roles, including Acting Dean and Lecturer in Computer Science at Modern Sciences and Arts University. Additional experience includes serving as Chair of the Information Systems Department at Université Française d'Egypte and conducting post-doctoral research at UNC Charlotte. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Computer Science from Nantes Université and multiple engineering degrees in software systems and computer science.
