Jinhua Chen

Jinhua Chen currently serves as the Assistant of the Founder and CEO at Luxshare-ICT and the CTO of Luxshare Technology, having commenced this role in October 2022. Prior to this, Jinhua spent eight years as the General Manager of the Communication Business Group and the Enterprise Business Unit at Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., overseeing P&L management. Jinhua's earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Director of Engineering at Luxshare-ict, Independent Consultant, and Director of Product Development at Tyco Electronics, where responsibilities included leading global engineering efforts. Additionally, Jinhua held the position of Manager of the Signal Integrity Group at EMC Corp and worked as a Signal Integrity Engineer at North East Systems Associates. Jinhua holds an MBA in High Tech from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Master's in Nuclear Physics from the China Institute of Atomic Energy, and a Bachelor's in Physics from Shandong University.
