Holly Young, CMP, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Luxury & Waterfront Realtor and Market Analyst at Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc. since October 2011, emphasizing a client-first philosophy and deep community and market knowledge. With over 25 years of experience as an On-Site Meeting Manager and Contract Meeting Planner, Holly demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and a high-energy approach to event management. As the former CEO of White Lotus Productions, an award-winning event management company, Holly showcased dynamic leadership and a strong focus on client service. Additionally, Holly held leadership positions within the San Diego Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, including Chapter President and Immediate Past President. Holly co-founded The Event Team, an award-winning DMC, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
