Neal Jepson

Neal Jepson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leading kitchen operations. Currently serving as Head Chef at Luxury Family Hotels since January 2022, Neal previously held positions within the Harbour Hotels Group from May 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple locations, including The Jetty restaurant and managing the Southampton and Christchurch sites. Prior to that, Neal was the Head Chef at Cafe Boscanova from April 2013 to April 2015 and also held a Head Chef position at Boodles from January 2004 to January 2010.
