Crystal Donlan

Crystal Donlan serves as the CEO, Founder, and Chief Creative Officer of Clarity Learning Design, LLC, since June 2022, focusing on learner-centered instructional design across various educational sectors. Concurrently, Donlan has been a faculty member at Luzerne County Community College since September 2012, teaching a range of courses and implementing innovative teaching strategies. Previous roles include senior instructional designer at Albright College, instructional designer and online learning specialist at Elizabethtown College, and faculty positions at Lackawanna College and McCann School of Business and Technology. Donlan's educational background includes advanced degrees from Penn State University, Bucknell University, and Susquehanna University, emphasizing lifelong learning and instructional design.
