Jeff’s experience prior to NorthStar includes extensive financial and operational leadership roles in both private and public global companies, including Fiserv, Veolia Environment, ManpowerGroup, and S.C. Johnson.
Mr. Adix began his career as a CPA in the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drake University, with majors in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Computer Information Systems.
He and his staff are responsible for all corporate financial management and planning, along with support services to the branch offices, including monitoring the financial performance of all projects, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll processing, treasury management, benefits administration, management information systems, and income tax compliance and planning.
