Gretchen Miller, SPHR, serves as the SVP of Human Resources for LVMH Beauty and LVMH Fashion Group since March 2016, following a robust career in human resources across various renowned companies. Previous roles include SVP of Human Resources at CDM New York and The CDM Group, and Partner, Human Resources Director at MediaCom. Notable contributions include developing a Career Path framework for Victoria's Secret and revamping corporate training programs at Saks Fifth Avenue. With extensive experience in talent management, training, and development, Gretchen has also worked with diverse clients as an HR consultant at UKNY Consulting. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Syracuse University.
