Katie Dickinson

Katie Dickinson is an experienced professional in the field of compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at LVMH since September 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., from March 2011 to August 2023, including Sr. Compensation Manager, Compensation Manager, and Sr. Compensation Analyst. Katie's career began at AIG (Chartis), where roles spanned from Associate Compensation Analyst to Senior Compensation Analyst between September 2003 and March 2011. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Specialty from Towson University, attended from 2000 to 2002, and studied at Shepherd University from 1998 to 2000.
