Loubna Khalfi

Loubna Khalfi is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the luxury and beauty sectors. Since March 2022, Loubna has served as the Marketing Director for LVMH Fragrance Brands, overseeing marketing, digital initiatives, CRM, merchandising, and training. Prior to this, Loubna held key positions at Douglas, where responsibilities included leading the transformation of retail brands and integrating business models into a premium retail concept. In previous roles, Loubna managed global marketing communications at KIKO MILANO, developed strategic marketing at Luxe Corp for luxury brands, and completed an MBA in Luxury Brand Management at ESSEC Business School. Loubna's diverse skill set encompasses brand repositioning, digital transformation, and customer experience strategies, complemented by a foundational career in marketing and CRM management.
