Olympia Mantzourou

Olympia Mantzourou is the Global Academic Relations Director at LVMH, a position held since 2015, focusing on strengthening collaboration between LVMH and academia while empowering future talent. Previous roles at LVMH include Director of Business Excellence, Culture and Induction Learning, and Senior Manager of Programmes, where Olympia led initiatives for leadership development and women empowerment. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Partnerships for the Global Shapers Community at the World Economic Forum, and roles in marketing and product management at Nokia, L'Oreal, and Unilever.
