David Noel, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of electrical engineering. David served as a Project Manager at Titan Electric and as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Continental Electrical Construction Co., where their responsibilities included electrical design, project coordination, and on-site field support. David started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Elliott Electric Inc., where they handled all engineering and document creation for design/build projects. David began their professional journey at Engineering Consultants Inc. and EME Consulting Inc. as an Electrical Engineer. David Noel, P.E. pursued their education in a chronological manner. David first attended Minooka High School for an unspecified duration. Subsequently, from 1988 to 1993, they enrolled in the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
