Aaron Kosmala has extensive work experience in the field of surveying. Aaron started their career as an Instrument Man at Audubon Companies in 2013, where they were responsible for locating and staking pipelines, creating centerlines, and locating boundary markers. In 2016, they joined Energy Land & Infrastructure as a Crew Chief, where they staked temporary workspaces and centerlines using survey instruments and also performed as-built construction tasks such as pipe tallying and clean up surveys. Aaron then moved on to SAM Companies in 2017, where they served as a Crew Chief and conducted base surveys, stake ROW limits for construction clearing, and surveyed tie-ins and mainline sections. In 2019, they joined Golden Field Services as a Crew Chief, where they surveyed tie-ins, updated weld maps, and recorded pipe cuts and information on pipeline crossings. Currently, they hold the position of Survey Crew Chief at LW Survey Company since 2022.
