Iain A.

Iain A. currently serves as the Head of HR Operations at LW Theatres, having started in January 2022, and previously held the positions of Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Iain worked at The Gym Group as People Operations Manager for a brief period in late 2021. An extensive tenure at Foster + Partners spanned from April 2013 to September 2021, where Iain advanced through roles including HR Operations and Projects Manager and Senior HR Advisor. Earlier experience includes a role as Global HR Generalist at epay and various positions at Boots, culminating in recognition as Regional HR Administrator - Best of the Best winner. Initial professional experience was gained as Registry Services Assistant at the Royal Academy of Music. Iain holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and has obtained CIPD qualifications.
