Tom Dwyer

Tom Dwyer is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and team development within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as the Group Commercial Manager at LW Theatres since October 2019, Tom oversees retail operations across six iconic venues, including The London Palladium and Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions such as Group F&B Manager at LW Theatres, Bars Manager at The Hoxton, and Bars Opening Manager at The Ivy Collection, showcasing a strong track record in launching and managing food and beverage offerings. Additional experience includes working as an Openings Manager for the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group and as a Brand Ambassador for LRSuntory, where Tom focused on promoting premium beverages. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2006.
