Steven Gibbon

Steven Gibbon is an Executive Producer of Production at LwC. Prior to their current position, Steven was a Producer's Assistant at Zucker Productions where they wrote outlines, treatments, one-pagers, and other creative materials for projects in development. Steven also tracked up-and-coming talent and created writers, directors, and talent grids for projects in development. Additionally, they managed a team of 7 interns and was responsible for their research projects, reading assignments, and production file organizational tasks.

Previously, Steven worked as Digital Studio Coordinator at Lionsgate where they managed a team of 2 interns and was responsible for tracking a slate of 15 episodic projects and 11 features through various stages of development, production, and post. Steven also received roughly 3-10 incoming submissions per week, wrote detailed and insightful coverage for the VP of Digital Production and Development, and returned timely responses to submitters within 5 days. Furthermore, they maintained highly organized hard and soft copies of production paperwork including budgets, production calendars, cost reports, call sheets, and executed deals. In 2016, they were awarded the Lionsgate Employee Appreciation Program Award in August 2016 for Excellent Performance.

Steven Gibbon received a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California.

Steven Gibbon reports to Jeff Adams, Executive Producer, Showrunner. Some direct reports include Dave Landau - Comedy Writer, Casey Hill - Costume Design (temporary), and Aaron Luna - Floor Manager/Blaze Chat. They work with Tim Fox - Studio Operations Manager, NEED TO FILL - Executive Producer, Talent Acquisitions, and NEED TO FILL - Director, Social Media & Marketing.
