Meriham Ghazal

Meriham Ghazal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at LXT since May 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Microsoft from June 2013 to January 2018, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented, and VP of Human Resources & Learning at HSBC from February 2010 to June 2013, responsible for aligning HR functions with the HSBC Group's operating model in Egypt. Earlier experience includes Senior Human Resources Manager at Teleperformance, where significant recruitment milestones were achieved, HR Manager at Raya Contact Center, and HR Consulting Section Head at LOGIC Consulting Group. Meriham began a career at Gap as HR Supervisor, focusing on regional HR strategies. Educational credentials include a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy and a degree in Human Resources Management from the American University in Cairo.
