Larry Rozsnyai

Vice President, Intellectual Property at Lycia Therapeutics

Larry Rozsnyai has extensive experience in intellectual property, licensing, and transactions. Larry is currently the Vice President of Intellectual Property at Lycia Therapeutics since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney specializing in IP, licensing, and transactions from April to July 2023. Before joining Lycia Therapeutics, Larry served as the Vice President of IP, Licensing & Transactions at Olema Oncology from September 2021 to March 2023. Larry also held the position of Vice President and Head of Intellectual Property at Myovant Sciences from October 2017 to September 2021. Larry gained valuable experience as Senior Counsel in Intellectual Property at Gilead Sciences from February 2013 to October 2017. Larry has held roles of increasing responsibility in intellectual property and legal affairs, including Senior Director at CymaBay Therapeutics (Metabolex) from 2011 to 2013, and Director at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Larry started their career as an Associate at Fish & Richardson P.C. from 2006 to 2008.

Larry Rozsnyai has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. Larry later pursued further education and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After completing their Ph.D., Larry Rozsnyai attended Harvard University for a postdoctoral program in Chemistry. Larry then decided to pursue a law degree and graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
