Anna Gitelman Povimonsky

Anna Gitelman Povimonsky has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Anna is currently employed at Lycored as the Head of Microencapsulation in the Global R&D department since December 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Microencapsulation Manager in R&D from August 2020 to December 2021. Anna began their journey at Lycored as an R&D Researcher in May 2018, and held this position until August 2020.

Before joining Lycored, Anna worked at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From October 2011 to September 2018, they served as a Teaching Assistant. Simultaneously, they pursued a Ph.D. in the lab of Prof. Rapaport Hanna, focusing on bottom-up designed peptide coating for titanium implants. Anna'sresearch aimed to develop bifunctional peptides to form monomolecular coatings, enhancing adhesion between titanium implants and bones. Anna completed their Ph.D. in April 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Laboratory Instructor from October 2012 to October 2014.

Anna Gitelman Povimonsky pursued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
