Erika Koehl

Erika Koehl is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and product development. Currently serving as Squad Manager at Lydia since September 2021, Erika previously held significant roles at OPnGO, including Head of Product and Operations & Product Manager, where key achievements included service launches and operational excellence plans. At Nalys, Erika worked as Project Manager in Strategy, Innovation & Growth and as Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes leading a team of 60 volunteers as President of Le Chti Grand Lille, overseeing communication strategies and sales operations. Erika's career began at AXA Assistance, providing support for patients abroad. Erika holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Organization Consultancy from EDHEC Business School.
