Guillaume Poirier is the VP of Customer Care at Lydia. Guillaume previously worked as a manager at Exton Consulting from October 2012 to June 2019. There, they discovered the payment and retail banking industries and became really good at Excel and PowerPoint. Guillaume also developed strong project management skills. Guillaume was Noticed as a consultant and then manager that they were gifted in motivating and aligning stakeholders. Guillaume worked on super exciting projects, such as growth strategy, sales & marketing, operational efficiency. However, they also learnt the hard way that "execution does everything" after experiencing an epic fail in the launch of a neobank. Guillaume then read "L'obsession du service client" by Jonathan Lefevre and immediately got bored by PowerPoint. This led him to look for something more hands on, which eventually led him to their current position at Lydia. Prior to working at Exton Consulting, Guillaume worked as a Trade Marketing Associate at L'Oréal from March 2011 to August 2011. There, they got the opportunity to develop international trade marketing offers for the skincare brand Biotherm. Guillaume loved L'Oreal's culture of excellence and met many inspiring and truly passionate people. However, they wasn't very good at product marketing. Prior to working at L'Oréal, Guillaume worked as an Audit Associate at EY from September 2010 to February 2011.

Guillaume Poirier has a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, a Master of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master in Philosophy from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Guillaume also has a Khâgne in philosophy from Jules Ferry. Guillaume has certification from Codecademy in Analyze Data with SQL Skill Path and Learn SQL Course.
