Kato Aerts

Kato Aerts is currently the First Vice President at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers. They also hold the titles of Co-Chair of the Academic Programme Committee and Vice President of the AIJA Labour Law Commission. Prior to their current role, Kato Aerts worked at Lydian as Partner, Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate. They also gained experience at Agio Law and Laurius advocaten as a Lawyer. Kato Aerts has a Master's degree in Sociale bemiddeling in organisaties from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven and Université d'Orléans.
