Kim Van Zummeren

Kim van Zummeren is currently a Senior Associate at Lydian, where Kim is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Tier 1 Insurance team. Kim has experience in commercial dispute resolution, claims handling for insurers, insurance coverage disputes, insolvency proceedings, and drafting commercial contracts. Kim has also been previously seconded to AIG, ERGO INSURANCE, and DKV Belgium as a legal counsel. Kim took a sabbatical in 2018 to travel the world and has a background in contract law, tort law, insurance law, and corporate law. Kim holds multiple degrees in Law from various universities.
