Alisha Lewis

Alisha Lewis has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Alisha began their career at Duncan Enterprises in 1994, where they served as an Assistant to the Director of Global Sales until 1996. Alisha then transitioned to the role of Product Manager for Fabric Paint until 1997.

Alisha then moved to Nasam, Inc in 1997 and worked as a Program Manager, specifically focusing on Japan/US Aerospace Applications. Alisha remained in this role until 2001.

In 2001, Alisha joined Commerce One as a Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2002.

Alisha then joined JP Morgan Chase (formerly Washington Mutual) in 2002. Alisha held various HR roles within the company, including Project Manager for HR Administration until 2004, HR Business Partner for Technology until 2005, HR Compliance Officer until 2006, and finally as a Senior HR Business Partner for Marketing and Finance until 2009.

From 2009 to 2014, Alisha worked at BlackRock as an Employee Relations Advisor before transitioning to Wells Fargo as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Digital Channels Group.

In 2014, Alisha joined Genentech as a Principal HR Business Partner for the Commercial department. Alisha held this role until 2019.

Their most recent position is at Lyell Immunopharma, where they joined in 2019 as a Director of People Partner. Alisha later advanced to the position of Senior Director of People Partner in April 2021, a role they currently hold.

Alisha Lewis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business from California State University, Fresno. Alisha also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in San Francisco.
