Rick Watt has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Rick started their career at American Express in 1982 and worked there for 13 years as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits. From 1995 to 2000, Rick served as a Remuneration Specialist at Singtel Optus and then moved on to become a Manager of Remuneration and Benefits at Getronics from 1997 to 2000. Rick then joined PeopleSoft as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits - International from 2000 to 2003. Rick's next role was as Director of Remuneration at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2003 to 2004. Rick then joined Unisys as Director of Global Rewards, Asia Pacific, where they held the position from 2004 to 2006. Most recently, Rick worked at TrueBlue Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits from 2018 to 2019, and now they are serving as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Lyell Immunopharma.
