Harris Nord

Harris Nord is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of People Business Partner for Transit, Bikes, and Scooters at Lyft since July 2022. Prior to this role, Harris held multiple executive positions at Morgan Stanley from June 2012 to July 2022, including Executive Director and Head of Health & Benefits Product Management, and Chief of Staff to the Global Head of HR. Harris's career also includes significant leadership roles at Cornell University, such as Chairperson of the Convocation Committee and President of the Cornell Concert Commission, as well as an internship at Goldman Sachs & Co. and teaching experience in China with New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
