Keshav Puranmalka

Keshav Puranmalka is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Head of Offerings Data Science and Senior Staff Scientist + Manager (T7) at Lyft since February 2016. Keshav leads teams responsible for developing and managing Lyft's product portfolio and has significantly contributed to the Lyft Line pricing system, which has enhanced business and user experience metrics, generating over $20 million annually. Previous roles at Lyft include Staff Data Scientist, where Keshav designed the Marketplace test design and developed the production Line Matching algorithm. Prior to Lyft, Keshav held positions as an Algorithmic Trader at Allston Trading and completed various internships, including a Teaching Assistant role at MIT and quantitative research positions at Tower Research Capital and Five Rings Capital. Keshav holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
