Tiina Rantakokko

Tiina Rantakokko is the Co-Founder and COO at Lyfta. Before that, they were the Senior Trainer and Consultant at The Potential Project, and the COO at Lightneer.

Tiina has dedicated their career to helping others reach their potential. At The Potential Project, they helped bring mindfulness training to 100,000 individuals in over 500 companies across North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. As COO at Lightneer, they kept things running smoothly and grew the company from 6 to 25 employees.

At Lyfta, Tiina is using its skills and experience to help build a company that is changing the way people learn. Lyfta is a social learning platform that allows users to learn from each other in an engaging and effective way.

Tiina Rantakokko has a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Aalto University, a CEMS Master’s in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, and Basic studies in Psychology and Educational Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä and the University of Helsinki, respectively. Tiina also has a Game Executive Program in Game and Interactive Media Design from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.

They work with Shaheed Hossain - CFO & Operations Officer, Paulina Tervo - Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer, and Melissa Ayers - Head, Engineering. Their manager is Serdar Ferit, CEO & Co-Founder.
