The executive team at Lygg has a history of experience in various fields, including aviation, engineering, and sales. The team is led by CEO and founder Jarkko Tanninen, who has experience in product management and Lumoflow. Tanninen also has a degree in engineering from Aalto University. The rest of the team is made up of sales consultant Eija Vilkman, airline pilot Nordic Regional Airlines Oy Jouni Parkkinen, and software architect Uniknit oy Seppo Virtanen.
