Katrina Nguyen-Thai has a diverse work experience in the field of service design and product design. Katrina is currently working as a Senior Service Designer at Lyka since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Service Designer at Bunnings from February 2022 to April 2023.
Before joining Bunnings, Katrina worked as a Product Design Lead at Kolmeo from April 2021 to February 2022. Katrina also has experience at RACV, where they served as a Digital Product Design Lead from November 2020 to April 2021, as a Service Design Lead from June 2019 to November 2020, and as a Service Designer from October 2017 to June 2019.
Their earlier experience includes working as a Service Design Consultant at Deloitte Digital from March 2014 to October 2017. In this role, they worked on various projects, including providing service design direction for a telecommunications provider, conducting qualitative research for a government department, and creating future content landscape for a personal insurance provider, among others.
Before joining Deloitte Digital, Katrina worked as a Corporate Host at Melbourne Cricket Club in 2013 and as a Vacationer at EY from November 2012 to February 2013. Katrina also served as a Corporate Attendant at Tennis Australia from January 2011 to January 2013 and as a Technology Risk Analyst at Deloitte Australia from July 2011 to December 2011.
Katrina Nguyen-Thai completed their Victorian Certificate of Education at Korowa Anglican Girls' School from 2001 to 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce/Business Information Systems degree with a specialization in management at Monash University.
