Ellen Crocker serves as the Director of People & Purpose/Operations Manager Concierge at LYLA (formerly Errand Solutions) since February 2014, where the focus is on enhancing the work-life balance of clients' employees through innovative technology and personalized services. Prior experience includes a role as Volunteer/Coordinator at Beverly Bootstraps in 2008, where Ellen managed reception, administrative duties, fundraising, and event planning. Additionally, Ellen contributed to the National Concierge Association as a Board Member from 2000 to 2007.
