Steve Soto

Steve Soto has been working in the manufacturing industry since 2011. Steve began their career as a Material Handler at Esterline Engineered Materials, where they maintained plastic levels for injection-molding machines and performed minor mechanic work. In 2014, they joined Electrorack Enclosure Products as an Operations Leader and Manufacturing Engineer I, where they implemented $1M machines to raise top-line capacity, saved the company $150k annually, reduced process lead times by 2 days, and submitted proposals for various machines. In 2016, they moved to Louis Vuitton as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, where they managed projects for an assembly line, conducted time studies, managed lean tools and led Lean team, improved process lead times, reduced manufacturing cost, and presented KPI’s to management team. In 2018, they joined Goodridge Ltd as a Site Manager. Finally, in 2021, they became an Operations Manager at Lynam Industries, Inc.

Steve Soto obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2014. Additionally, they have ISO 9001/AS9100 Certified Auditor Training.
