Vijay Pawar

Vijay Pawar has been a Process Engineer at Applied Medical since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Lynam Industries, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. During their time at Lynam Industries, Inc., they were responsible for spearheading First Article with new Tooling estimation, Machine Programming, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and performing Form, Fit, and Function. Vijay also created CAD, Drawings, DXFs, Routers, BOM, Fixtures, Jigs, Work Instructions, and Templates for NPI projects, as well as accepted and rejected Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from production supervisors.

Vijay Pawar completed a Lean Six Sigma and Project Management program at UCR Extension in 2020, earning a professional certification. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University in 2016.
