Brian Hardisty

Brian Hardisty is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in mine planning, engineering, and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Mine Planning Engineer at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since November 2022, Brian has previously held senior roles such as Senior Project Engineer at Cyprium Metals Limited and Senior Mining Engineer at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD, among others. With a diverse career spanning over a decade, Brian has provided expertise in strategic mine planning, project management, and operational readiness across various mining projects, complemented by a Diploma of Applied Science in Surveying from Wembley College of TAFE. Additionally, Brian has been an Independent Mining Consultant since July 2013, offering specialized consulting services to the mining industry.
