Mhairi Dunbar

Mhairi Dunbar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager and previously as an HR Advisor at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since January 2016. Prior to this role, Mhairi worked as a Mobilisation/Recruitment contractor at Ertech for the Wheatstone LNG project in late 2015 and served as an HR Advisor on the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project with John Holland from January 2013 to June 2015. Mhairi's career began with the John Holland Graduate Program, which involved diverse rotations in employee relations, service delivery, learning and development, and project-based training. Mhairi also held the position of HR Administrator at Independence Group NL from November 2011 to January 2013. Mhairi holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management and Business Law from Edith Cowan University, completed in 2012.
