Brian Hardisty

Brian Hardisty is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in mine planning and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mine Planning Engineer at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since November 2022, Brian also operates as an Independent Mining Consultant providing specialized consulting services since July 2013. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Cyprium Metals Limited, where responsibilities encompassed project restart studies and strategic mine planning. Brian has held senior positions at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD, Cobe Surveys Pty Ltd, Gruyere Management Pty Ltd, and Hanking Gold Mining, and has a solid foundation in mine surveyor roles and consulting engagements, including a significant tenure at Coffey International Ltd. Brian holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Surveying from Wembley College of TAFE.
