Wayne Hockings

Wayne Hockings is an experienced mining professional currently serving as Alt-Quarry Manager and Mining Superintendent at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since April 2023. Previously, Wayne held the position of Mining Superintendent at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD from January 2019 to November 2022, and served as Project Superintendent at SMS Mining Services for Bald Hill Lithium Operations in mid-2018. Wayne's career also includes a role as Mining/Haulage Superintendent at BGC Contracting from 2013 to 2017 and Mining Superintendent at BHP from March 2006 to July 2013. Wayne's education includes attendance at Ignatius Park College.
