Lindsay Beaupre

Lindsay Beaupre has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Lindsay is currently the Senior Vice President of People and Operations at Lyndra Therapeutics, where they oversee the company's human resources and operations functions. Prior to this, Lindsay served as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Lyndra Therapeutics as well.

Before joining Lyndra Therapeutics, Lindsay worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director of Human Resources and later as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In these positions, they provided strategic HR partnership to senior executives and their global leadership teams, facilitated discussions on critical employee and business issues, and served as an HR leader for the company's G&A functions.

Lindsay also held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at ImmunoGen, Inc. where they provided strategic HR partnership to the Chief Development Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and the Executive Vice President of Technical Operations. Lindsay supported these leaders and their teams in areas such as change management, engagement and retention, talent assessment and development, performance management, compensation, organizational change, and workforce planning.

Additionally, Lindsay has experience working at Fidelity Investments as the Learning Lead and Director of Management Development, where they were responsible for creating and executing the company's management and professional development learning plan. Lindsay also served as the Director of Human Resources, maintaining partnerships with senior decision-makers and providing guidance on organizational planning and execution, as well as total compensation.

Earlier in their career, Lindsay worked as an HR Manager at Houghton Mifflin Company and held various roles at State Street Corporation, including Talent Acquisition/HR Business Partner/University Relations.

Throughout their career, Lindsay Beaupre has demonstrated their expertise in strategic HR partnership, leadership development, talent management, and organizational planning.

Lindsay Beaupre attended Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. In 1998, they also briefly studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Oxford Brookes University. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
