Dagmar Merkova

Dagmar Merkova is a scientist currently employed at Lynker since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a support scientist at I. M. Systems Group Inc. (IMSG) and SAIC, where work involved contract responsibilities for NASA GMAO. Dagmar Merkova also served as a research assistant at Atmospheric and Oceanic Science at the University of Maryland from May 2002 to June 2010 and as a meteorologist at the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute from June 1998 to August 2001. Additionally, Dagmar Merkova worked as a course instructor at Gopas from January 1995 to July 2001. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Maryland (2001-2010) and two master's degrees in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology and in Mathematics and Physics Education from Charles University (1993-1999 and 1988-1994, respectively).
