Rachel Onusko Rdn

Rachel Onusko, RDN, currently serves as a Registered Dietitian at Minnesota Community Care and LynLake Centers for WellBeing since March 2023 and August 2024, respectively. Prior experience includes a position at The Emily Program from October 2020 to March 2023, focusing on nutrition education and counseling for clients with various eating disorders. Rachel's background also features a Dietetic Internship at Michigan Medicine, where clinical rotations included pediatric care and community nutrition. Additional roles range from store clerk at Mississippi Market Natural Foods Co-op to various leadership and educational positions, demonstrating a commitment to promoting health and nutrition. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Nutrition, Dietetics from Ohio University and has completed a study abroad program in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services at the University of Botswana.
