Vidi Sasongko

Viditaris Sasongko is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking, corporate, and capital markets law. As Vice President at Lynx Asia Partners since August 2022, Viditaris has previously held the role of Mid Level Associate at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners from February 2017 to July 2022, specializing in the Capital Market Practice Group and contributing to Mergers and Acquisitions. Key accomplishments include assisting clients with Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issues, and various acquisition transactions. Prior internships at Allen & Overy and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan provided foundational experience in legal practices and regulatory analysis.
