Hartley Nathan Q.C.

Hartley joined Lynx Equity Limited as Corporate Counsel in March 2019. Prior to joining Lynx, he was a Partner in the Business Law Group at Minden Gross LLP. His practice concentrated on corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate governance matters and corporate meetings. Hartley has been involved in major sales and acquisitions of private corporations, complex shareholders agreements, and corporate reorganizations.
