Michele is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Lynx’s head office, and acts as a resource to the management and staff at the subsidiary companies. Michele develops policies, procedures, best practices, job descriptions, and employment contracts. As well, she oversees recruitment and selection, benefits management, staff restructuring, staff relations, and incident investigations. Michele has over 20 years of management experience, throughout which she has gained a valuable amount of practical HR experience. Prior to joining the Lynx team, Michele held positions of increasing responsibility at Grand River Toys and Ashton Green. Michele has obtained her degree in Human Resource Management from Ryerson University.
