Eyal Herman

Eyal Herman has over 25 years of experience in product management. Eyal began their career in 1995 as a Project Manager at IDF. In 2001, they joined SmarTeam as a Product Manager, where they wrote product definition documents, completed multiple product cycles, and led product launch processes. In 2006, they moved to Oblicore as a Product Manager and Product Management Director, where they led all product management activities, owned the product's roadmap, and defined the Product Management Methodologies and working processes. In 2009, they served as a Product Management Consultant before joining the founding team at Healarium Inc. as the Director of Product Management. Here, they built and led the Product Management department, innovated, and defined and shaped the company's Mobile and Web products. In 2014, they began working at IBM as a Principal Product Manager for IBM Watson & Cloud Platform, where they managed disruptive software products for emerging domains. In 2020, they became a Mentor at Product League. Eyal currently serves as VP of Product at Lynx.MD and Mentor at Give & Tech, and is responsible for managing a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts, as well as leading the TLV site. Eyal has also defined the product vision and strategy and shaped and executed the product roadmap.

Eyal Herman obtained an M.Sc from Tel Aviv University and is certified as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, obtained in July 2017.
