Michael Neal

Michael Neal has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michael currently works at Lynxnet as a Business Systems Analyst II since December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Master Chief at Assault Craft Unit Two from March 2022 to December 2022. From June 2019 to March 2022, they served as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader at Coastal Riverine Squadron 2 MK VI ALPHA CO. Michael also worked as a Senior Enlisted Leader at Coastal Riverine Group Two Training and Evaluation Unit from May 2016 to May 2019. Michael Neal held the position of Departmental LCPO (Leading Chief Petty Officer) on the USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) from March 2011 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Enlisted Advisor/Lead RHIB Instructor at the Center for Surface Combat Systems detachment Pearl Harbor from February 2008 to March 2011. Michael was the Operations Department LCPO (Leading Chief Petty Officer) on the USS Hopper (DDG-70) from December 2004 to January 2008. Michael Neal also served as an Operations LCPO on the USS Russell (DDG-59) from January 2004 to December 2004. Lastly, they held the position of Leading Chief Petty Officer at NMC EAST ASIA DIV DET SASEBO from December 2000 to December 2003.

Michael Neal earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Excelsior University from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study from the same university, studying from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, they hold certifications in DISTRIBUTED WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT from Excelsior University (obtained in August 2022) and as a Master Training Specialist from the Naval Education and Training Command (obtained in June 2008).
