Pat Shea

Pat has more than 25 years of real estate leadership and sales experience in the Greater Sacramento Region. Under his leadership, Lyon Real Estate has maintained the number one independent residential real estate brokerage ranking in the four-county area. Pat launched the Lyon Cares Foundation in 2015 with the mission of offering time, talent and treasure to local nonprofits that make the community a better place. From 2016-2020, the Lyon Cares Foundation awarded more than $700,000 in grants. Annually since 2015, Pat has been named one of the most powerful people in residential real estate in the Swanepoel Power 200. In 2016, Pat was chosen to receive the coveted Leadership Award, presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of more than 565 companies in 50 countries.

Pat serves on the Board of Directors of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the California Real Estate Brokers Inc. (CREB), MetroList, Inc., and the Broker Public Portal, LLC. Pat earned the "Outstanding Life Member" designation from the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club while practicing as an agent. Pat's wife, Eileen continues their highly productive sales business at Lyon. They are also very proud to join Lyon agents in the many community and charitable endeavors they support on a daily basis. Pat holds a B.S.B.A. from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
