Cathy Tosto

Cathy Tosto, CPA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cathy has worked at LyondellBasell since 2015, starting as the Chief Financial Officer and then progressing to the Director of Global Tax Operations. In their current role as the Vice President Tax, Cathy is responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies, overseeing tax compliance, and managing financial tax provisions for the company. Cathy has also worked at EY as a Tax Partner from 2002 to 2015, where they focused on tax due diligence assessments and structuring projects. Prior to that, they served as a Partner in the Tax and Business Advisory Services Division at Arthur Andersen LLP, working with multinational clients to minimize taxes and maximize cash flow. Cathy's work experience also includes a role as the Chief Financial Officer of Ghafari Associates, Inc./G-Tech Services, Inc. where they oversaw financial accounting, cash management, employee benefits, and taxes for a fast-growing organization.

Cathy Tosto, CPA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University between 1981 and 1983. Cathy is also a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
