Chris's professional journey started at DuPont in 1984, where they gained expertise in olefins feedstock quality evaluation. Chris later worked at Cain Chemical and Oxy, where they held various roles.

Throughout their career, Chris Tagoe has consistently delivered outstanding results, such as achieving best HSES performance and cost savings, and has shown a commitment to promoting health, safety, environmental compliance, and security in the organizations they have worked with.

Chris Tagoe attended Northeastern University from 1981 to 1983, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1978 to 1981, they attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Earlier in their education, from 1977 to 1978, Chris attended Boston University, but their degree status is unspecified. They pursued studies in Biomedical Engineering during this period.
